From time-to-time, the KDC Board of Directors will vote to change the KDC Bylaws to better accommodate the needs of the Membership and the growth of KDC.  The Bylaws Committee makes sure the ByLaws are kept accurate and up to date.  If you have concerns about the Bylaws, please contact Bob Hoffer.
