Kate Molloy has retired from the practice of law, but is now serving as Senior Staff Counsel for the Kentucky Supreme Court reviewing discretionary review motions.  Kate served on KDC's Board of Director while serving as DRI State Representation for Kentucky.

James E. Cleveland, III is now practicing with Dinsmore & Shohl in their Lexington office.

KDC welcomes its newest member, Clayton Scott of Porter, Schmitt, Banks & Baldwin, Paintsville, Kentucky.  Clayton graduated from the Florida Coastal School of Law and practices in the areas of Auto, Insurance, Premises Liability and Workers' Comp, as well as Federal Black Lung.  He is sponsored by KDC Director, Darrin Banks.
