    The Law Firm of Schiller Osbourn Barnes & Maloney has changed the firm name to Schiller Barnes Maloney PLLC.  Their website is now www.sbmkylaw.com.

    Several KDC members were in attendance at the SLDO Leadership conference held this past Thursday and Friday in Chicago.  KDC officers in attendance were KDC President Brad Case and KDC President-Elect Beth Lochmiller.  Pat Moloney and Kit Hornback were there in their capacities as DRI Southern Region Director and DRI State Representative for Kentucky.  Jeff Lowe and Casey Stansbury (also a current KDC officer) were there on behalf of DRI's Governmental Affairs Committee.

    Many thanks goes to the YLS Committee, chaired by Stephanie Wurdock, and KDC's Vice President, Beth Lochmiller, for their great work organizing this past week's 2015 Fall Seminar, Annual Meeting and Awards Luncheon.  The session on Thursday was well received by everyone in attendance; thanks to KDC member, Jeff Mando, for participating on the panel for the second presentation.

    Susan Jones, PhD, Founder of Jury Verdict Research, gave a great presentation on Friday as well.  We once again appreciate the recommendation from the Professional Education Group.  

    Thanks to everyone involved for making the 2015 Fall Seminar, Annual Meeting and Awards Luncheon the success it was!
