Jeffrey Kent Phillips of Steptoe & Johnson PLLC, Lexington, is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh.  Mr. Phillips practices in the areas of Appellate and Commercial law, is a member of DRI, and is sponsored by KDC member, Ashley Brown.
