     Mediation can be an effective and cost-saving way to resolve disputes, but if both parties aren’t committed, it can become drawn-out, unproductive, and frustrating. Based on over four thousand mediations since 1995, the author has found there are no guarantees, but certain factors can definitely boost the chances of success.

This two-hour CLE webinar will share practical tips and strategies to help make the most of the process. It’s free for KDC members and has been submitted for CLE credit in KY, OH, TN, and IN.
