For more than 20 years his practice focused on civil insurance defense litigation. He tried all types of personal injury cases, including but not limited to, motor vehicle cases, UM and UIM cases, slip-and-fall cases, bad faith cases, school injury cases, commercial liability claims, and insurance contract disputes.
Judge Taylor is an "AV Preeminent" rated lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell and was the Kentucky Defense Counsel Lawyer of the Year in 2014.
