Common Residential Construction Defects.  This presentation discusses typical residential construction defects leading to structural problems or moisture intrusion issues.  The presentation addresses symptoms of an underlying defect, relevant code or standard requirements, resulting damages, and repair options.  Although the existing presentation focuses mainly on residential construction, many of the problems also apply to commercial construction, and the existing presentation can easily be broadened.  

The Kentucky Bar Association has approved this program for 1.0 general CLE credit.  Application for accreditation has also been made to the Ohio and Indiana Commissions on CLE for 1.0 hour of general CLE.
