KDC is pleased to announce that Andy Little of Mediations, Inc., Chapel Hill, NC will be the keynote speaker for KDC's 2018 Spring Seminar: The Art of Negotiation: How to Succeed in Arbitration, Mediation and Bad Faith Claims. In addition to Andy, the following leaders will be presenting: John Hays will speak regarding arbitration; Chris O'Bryan and Caitlin Housley regarding Bad Faith; and closing the day will be the panel of Bob Duncan, Bill Francis and Hank Jones.
