FALL 2018 NOMINATION FORM
(Please make a copy of this form if you plan to nominate more than one individual for an award)
In an effort to recognize and honor its members, Kentucky Defense Counsel, Inc. has created three awards that will be given annually at the Fall Seminar, which are as follows:
A. Diplomat – This award shall be given to a senior member of the Kentucky Defense Counsel, Inc. who has made significant contributions to KDC or to the defense bar. To be eligible for this award, the recipient must be a member of KDC and sixty-five (65) years of age or older.
B. Defense Lawyer of the Year – This award shall be given to a member of KDC who has set him or herself apart by achievements and contributions to the defense bar and KDC. To be eligible for this award, the recipient must be a member of KDC.
C. Young Lawyer of the Year – This award shall be given to a member of KDC who has made significant contributions to KDC and the practice of law. To be eligible for this award, the recipient must be a member of KDC and forty (40) years of age or younger or any member who has been practicing law for ten (10) years or less.
Please check the online Directory to make sure the individual you are nominating is a member of KDC. Nomination forms will be accepted through August 15, 2018.
